    i am saddened by seeing you write that you work about 12 hours which means that you spend half a day at work this will take toll on your health i understand the amount of stress you take at work.. this is totally unaccepted for, i would like to convey one thing to your employer that "you will not be happy and your company will not reach to height if your employees are not happy remember kingdom is happy when king gives good service to people only then he can justify his position." i think you all employees should form an association in best way possible so as to address your concerns and problems an employee is facing you should take all these problems to your employer make him feel the pain your facing at work.. tell him that you all are not asking for pay hike and other incentives all you are asking is that an outing on weekends at least once in 3 months .. make him feel the importance refreshing tours assure him that you will do better tell him to at least give him a chance and test the amount of energy it instills in an employees an hours of happiness he gets when he spends with all employees with their families together..... i hope he does make you all happy with his decision ..
