    No knowledge sharing at my workplace

    Am a fresher in a company. We have several teams working together. My team members does not teach or give knowledge sharing of the work but they are teasing me that i don't know to do any work. Am getting upset mentally because of this. Please suggest me a solution ?

    Dear..

    This kinda situation always comes in front of new employee. Instead of reacting to this situation its better to learn new things so that you will get the essential knowledge to work for. Always take part in office events and do not skip your assignments at any cost so that you can be able to frame a good image in front of others. Always talk with everyone in respective and friendly way and tell them that you are in learning phase so please excuse me if i commit any mistake. Your good behavior can help you in overcoming this problem.

    If the problem still persist then its better to raise the issue in front of Manager or HR and tell them that you are not able to concentrate because of this kinda situation, I am sure your sincere effort will help you a lot to overcome this problem.

    So sorry for you, it sounds like your team members are lacking team spirit. A team is formed with the objective of learning from each other and we all know that no one is perfect so as a team the members should encourage and advice one another. In your case it seems your team members are a bunch of egoistic beings, you should talk with the team leader and if he is of no help try to make him understand how important it is to work as one in a team and ask for feedback or corrections so that you will improve. But if if still cant do anything about it then take the matter to the higher authority, they will surely figure out something like replacing the team leader or re-shuffling the teams. Don't worry this is mainly due to the fact that you are new, once you get to know your co-workers things will return to normal over time, so just concentrate on your work and take the criticisms as a steppin stone you will be better than them someday.

    hello dearthis is not a single problem for you as this problem comes for every employee who introduced new or he/she is fresher.your team is not upto high level skills and also it has not experience that how should behave with new comers.it shows that lacking information related of company. you are facing many difficulties.but you should concentrate on working policy of the company.what your company want from an employee?what is future projects of the company?you should talk with your seniors in calm place and try to put your problems.as I think they will definitly support you.so try to do itall the best

    As you are a fresher ,it is assumed that you are unaware of the kind of work going on around in your team.
    It is the job of your team to share the knowledge and work with you.
    First be sure in which team you are and what kind of work is there in that team.
    Then approach your tyeam members and ask them to transfer knowledge .
    If they refuse or neglect you then staright go to your team lead or your manager and discuss this matter with them.
    Be strong and have patience.
