Re: No compensation after getting injured on duty

    Hello friend,
I think you can surely take legal action against such unethical practices by your board..First of all you should check your company's policies regarding the medical reimbursement policies and also any compensation policies..

Different companies have different policies regarding this and thus you should make it sure that you are eligible for compensation or medical reimbursement..

Thus after making sure you talk to your manager or head regarding this and ask him for the same..I hope he agrees as you are an employee who is surely valuable to your company..

If not then file a complaint and sue your company..Also consult your lawyer regarding this..

    Good luck.. Thanks

    Dear
asker if you injured while on the government duty. you can asked for the compensation money from the department. the compensation money include all yours expenses which are incured in the hospital bill, that how many days you have stay in the hospital. if the department deny to give such bill then you can report directly to the head of the department. But you will not get any extra money.
