    Hi friend

    According to my knowledge performance based bonuses are given to the employees based on their performance for a specific period of time. Thus it is certainly a time based procedure and thus you have to see to it that you maintain the consistency of your performance during that time period, which is different based on the policies of doffernet companies.So friend you should not think about such things and rather concentrate on your performance. Then I am sure you will definitely be successful in your company and will get all such credits from your management.

    You should do your work with full dedication and should give 100% effort to your work. Don't shy away from doing hard work as that is the only way to success. Then I am sure you will be able to get such performance based bonuses and will certainly be appreciated by all the senior officials. Also obey the orders of your seniors and complete every task on time. Always remain their good books and you will definitely taste success.

    Performance bonus is based on certain time limit.
    It is also based on employee participation .
    Employee reputation also matters here.
    Thus you must be regular and obedient .

    Are performance bonuses based on individual performances or a time based procedure?

    Many a times we hear about performance bonuses in companies. I am confused that are these performance bonuses based on individual performances and given individually with no specific time or itís done on group basis at fixed period of time?
