    Hello Friend,
    Yeah definitely this factor contributes towards the Appraisal.
    any unplanned leaves(any leave which were taken without any prior notice..etc),delay in coming to office .not completing the scheduled hours of duty.
    these are the come and small things which employee usually neglect but as a corporate the management monitors it and take action and give rewards also if you follow it punctually.
    suppose if you are billable and you take any unplanned leave and on that day there is no backup for you then your bill ability will be lost for that day and the amount loss due to your absence will be incurred by company .and they will take action while approving for appraisal.
    so if you have followed all time constraints punctually then there will be no problem and you will be rewarded eventually.

    hi friend,

    definitely your attendance matters.
    this shows your punctuality.
    as you are punctual daily if you go late sometimes also it does not matter and they even think of your salary hike as well as promotions.

    try to work hard and alo try to show improvement and high performance

    Hi guest, Performance appraisal in a company is usually done once a year. Yes good attendance and punctuatlity would play a role while considering your performance during the year. Being an regular employee is an plus point for you but you can't get the performance appraisal only the basis of this. You need to have performed your work/task efficeintly, and within the given time period. They may give separatly gift/ award/reward/ certificate for your attendance and puntuality for the whole year.     i think this matters a lot.......offcourse you will get some bonus because in private sectors working with punctuality matters........ it creates a mind blowing impression in the eyes of manager.............not only this but also you will get best regular employee certificate which will help you in upgradation of your ranking......... and if you will leave that company and join other one which is more better than this company in your eyes.......then your this certificate carries extra credits and easily you can get bonus.......see everyone wants to keep best employee who work hard for their company and helps in uplifting it........so hope for the best....... best of luck

    Hi,
    Every company has got its own protocols to follow.. But in common they provide certain dates or allocate certain number of days for employees to take leave.. beyond this limit will affect their position in the company
    maintaning attendence is appreciable.. But besides sticking to the leave matter, try to execute the tasks given by the company in time or even before the specified time.. that undoubtedly will shine you up..

    I am a very punctual and regular employee of the company. I hardly take any leave from office. My question is in my appraisal the attendance factor can play any role or not? Or I could get any kind of bonus as a reward from the company?
