These days most of the companies provide both services and products. Actually these terms exists in large scale industries. Service based companies are those which concentrate on providing paid services to the customers. These services can be of transportation, electricity, housing, construction works, etc.
On the other hand, product based companies are the most common type of companies which we come across everyday. They concentrate on manufacturing goods, in simple words goods which are touchable and which we buy from shops.
We can't say which sector will be better for you. It depends upon you, choose a job which best suits you and the one which will pay you according to your qualification. Although salary and prestige should not be the main priority while applying for a job, see that doing that job will not have a negative impact on you both physically and mentally.
    Good Luck
