    Hi..I dont think its a good decision to apply for job transfer after every 2 years of experience as after 2 years you are just about acquainted with the work and dont have expertise in that particular department..You should stay in the same department until the time you have full expertise and full control on your work..

    After that if you apply for job transfer to another department within the same company then its better because then you gain the experience of another dept and increase your repertoire..This will help in your growth as you will know the working of every dept and thus have many options in the future and also a better salary packege...

    Thus till the time you gain expertise in one dept dont apply for transfer as then it will be the same as "Jack of all trades, King of None "

    Is it good to apply for Job transfer after every 2 years of experience?

    I heard from my colleagues that itís good to have job transfer inside company but I have no idea in which way it will help. Can you please tell me is it good to apply for job transfer after every 2 years of experience in the particular field? I am planning to apply now as I have completed 2 years in my company. Is it a good choice? What will be the advantage of it?
