    Hi aspirant

I think that getting transfer from there i.e. border area is not a solution to this problem. You should request the government to provide you the required facilities which are required for basic survival. Tell them to improve the conditions there even if they have to spend a large amount of money. This is necessary not only for you to work there but also for the other people and mainly the soldiers who spend a major part of their year there safeguarding our country and its people. The government should certainly look into this matter which according to you is of national importance and should not neglect it like this.

You should put up a brave fight against the govt . Take the help of as many people as you can and try to bring sense into their minds. They should realise the importance of their soldiers and should not keep them under such bad conditions. Also it is their responsibilty to take care of the common man and fulfill their basic requirements atleast. Write a letter or go and talk directly to the concerned authority. Dont look back and fight till they accept what you want.

I am sure you will be proud of yourself if you put up a fight against the govt. and help your fellow countrymen and soldiers. Good luck

DEAR ASPIRANT:REMEMBER YOU ARE BEING TFRD TO BORDER AREA FOR THE PURPOSE OF BORDER AREA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.THE WORK WITH WHICH YOU ARE ENGAGED HAS THE IMPORTANCE YOU ARE FACING PROBLEMS DUE TO NON AVAIABILITY OF BASIC AMENITIES.YOUR PROBLEM MEANS SACRIFICING/DEDICATION FOR THE PEOPLE OF COUNTRY.YOU SHOULD BE GLAD THINKING THE DEVELOPMENT DONE BY YOUR ORGANIZATION TIMEAND ONE OF THEM YOU ARE.IT IS TRUE FOR THE TIME BEING YOU ARE TO SUFER BUT AREA WILL BE DEVELOPED FOREVER SO BEAR WITH PAITENCE AND TRY TO GET EXTRA REMUNERATION FOR THE PURPOSE.

MORE OVER IF THE TIME OF POSTING IS LONGER ie MORE THAN SIX MONTHS THAN YOU CAN KEEP PROPOSAL TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY TO DISTRUBUTE THE BORDER AREA DUTIES EQUELLY AMONG THE STAFF ie ROTATION BASIS.

    THANK YOU,

    Dear..

Just ask yourself that if you are not getting good facilities there then how our soldiers living their and serving the country without complaining, you are there because our govt, wants the border to be more secured. You are helping the nation in a noble cause and i advice you to continue this. I am sure you will get a transfer once the project will be complete.

If you are still not convinced then you can tell your seniors that you are unable to work here as basic facilities are not available and a transfer application can also be filed. You can also tell them the reason of your family needing you.

    Hope it will help

    Cheers...!!!

Facing trouble by posting in border area due to BADP (Border area development program) by government

I work in electric board in Rajasthan. I have been posted in the border area due to BADP by government. I have been posted here for 7 months. I am really facing trouble as the minimum required needs are not fulfilled here. I am far from my family also. How can I get a transfer from here?
