    Dear Aspirant,

Arising problems in the work place depend upon many factors.Among those factors, the most important factor is the efficiency of the employee. When you were working there, there were no problems as these are now,it proves that you are a efficient employee & have got interest in work with the interest of the organisation. The employee is responsible for any liability of the company/organisation/Deptt. as long as the employee is on duty. Now you have been relieved off from the duty on your request. So you are not responsible for any shortcomings in the working of your past company.

Of course, you may be under enquiry,if any charges are there on you,if not there is no need to worry & be happy.Work with full enthusiasm & interest so that the management may feel your shortcomings in case you shift to some next company.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hello Friend,

Well, you did not mention your job designation so it is very difficult for me to say whether your are responsible for the probelm of your previous company or not. Generally, it is the duaty of the Accounts Officer to check the maintenance of the accounts. He is the one responsible for such problem. People can leave their job at any time and that does not mean they will be responsible for any work related probelm at their previsous office. You should not worry too much about it .You should concentrate on your current work otherwise your present job will be in jeopardy. Just calm down and concentrate on your work. Nothing will happen to you.

    Bye,

Friend according to your statement it transpire that there are lot of problems facing the company from which you have relieved 5(five)months ago .that company are not maintaining accounts correctly .You are thinking is there any chance a case to be filed against you, also thinking about the chances if the previous company stop your PF amount. And you are sure during your service period there was no such problems.

1.You need not worry previous company will never do anything against you.

2.Your doubt about the PF amount payment may not available ,if they stop the fund .

3.There is no such issue against you, if there is any wrong and gross mistake is there then you will be intimated friendly to solve the problem.

4.Present odd situation created not for you, it is clear you have joined here taking valid relieving order from the previous employer.

5.Without any issue any proof, the previous company can not do anything rather they can take the advice from you to mitigate the present odd situation.

    Thank You,
