Re: Employee's behavior is not good after receiving the best performance award

    Hi friend,

I think sometime it happen with all of us if we are awarded the best employee award.
Because your co-workers think that they are the right nominee of this award.
But unfortunately it was given to you it called human nature.
But now what you have to do with your co-wokers is that talking with polity with her /his.
Don’t show that you are the best among all and talking all to your co-workers with a gentleman way.
I am sure they gonna forgot the award problem.

    Thanks!!!
    ALL THE BEST..............

    Dear,
Some people can't handle the appreciation properly in their life, thus they have to pay for it future.
Listen if you get some awards then it doesn't mean that you are perfect, it is some sort of encouragement to make you work with the same pace.
You should tell your co-worker the above thing. And tell him if he think he is good then he should be polite in nature ,he should not show proud of that.
Give him the examples of great peoples like Sachin Tendulkar , Amitabh Bachhan etc which have so much of everything even then they do not boast of it or feel extraordinary.
Remind him that the person who use to show off , falls from the great heights.

    Hi aspirant

I think this is certainly not good on the part of your co-employee to get so stuck up after receiving the best performer award. Rather she should be more responsible than before after receiving the award as award means responsibility. She should not behave rudely with the others and not be so high headed as this would definitely lead to her downfall. You should definitely make her realise her mistake so that she never repeats it again.

You should call her to your office and tell her that since she has received the best performer award at the recent annual day celebrations, it has come to your notice that she has been behaving rudely with the other employees. You didn't expect it at all fromk such a good and responsible employee like her. You hope that she understands that getting an award means more responsibility and that its better if she does not indulge in such behaviour again. Otherwise it will not be good for her future.

I am sure that she will understand your point and will not dare to repeat such a thing again. Good luck and Thanks

    Hello,

You don't have to do anything for the time being just ignore him. Time will take care
of him. The next performance award will definately not go to a man like him. he should
have thanked his fellow colleagues for their support and encouragement but insted he
bevaviour towards them is very rude. This is not at all acceptable.

    Bye,

    Hi,

This is also a common in the organisation...when an employee get an award...tehy feels that management is giving more emphasis on them...this is correct that management has recognise...but the attitude should not change for the same....

Don't think of that employee very much and concentrate on your work so that you can be recognise in future....
Try to let him understand by your behavoiur that attitude should not change after getting the award...

The employee needs to be fell that she is doing not the right thing..

    Dear Aspirant,

It happened some times,if some one is awarded with some certificate or medal, the concerned candidate become overconfident in him/herself.He/she later realizes when the co-employees start hating that candidate. They realize or regret her/himself when people are started disliking him/her.

Now it is very current affair. So just try to be away for some days. When she says some times something,I am equal in status to you.You are a awarded woman, but I am not.So afraid of talking to you.Just comment this way.You will notice she/he will suddenly come down & embarrass you.

    Just try & notice.

    Thanks & good luck.
