    Hi aspirant

This happens with many people and you should not consider yourself the only one to have faced such a situation. Your boss is certainly behaving in a wrong manner but that's his nature and you can't do much about it. I think you should try to sort out this matter amicably and should not keep blaming your boss. You should go and talk to your boss as soon as possible and sort this matter out.

Tell him that since the beginning you have always tried to give the best to your company. But he has always been telling you to push yourself even inspite of your best efforts. Thus you want to know your shortcomings from him so that you can improve upon them and even some methods from his side on how to improve upon them. You hope that he will comply with your wishes and thus will help you out in this matter.

I am sure that your boss will definitely solve all your problems. good luck and thanks

Giving my best to my work but my boss still wants more from me

I am working in a private firm. I have been always giving my best to my work since I have joined this company. But my always keeps on telling me to push myself further. But how can I push myself further when I am already doing my best? What to do in such a situation?
