Re: Employer not issuing experience letter. What should be done if he rejects to issue an appointment letter?

Patience is extremely necessary to survive during this world. You should learn lessons from others.Debating & contestation area unit various things from resignation. You may be part of another company shortly & someone are there to electrify you.So you'll conjointly resign there. In this scenario it'll be terribly troublesome to try and do job in company space.

See whether or not you have got resigned from your past service in accordance with the terms & conditions of the appointment letter. If not "Do fulfil it ".

If you have got not been given associate expertise letter however if you been given the acceptance letter of the resignation letter,it will meet your functions. If the least bit you wish to receive the expertise letter, you meet the manager unit of time & win over him to induce your required certificate.Say sory to the involved manager/officer/employer with whom you had associate argument on some issue.Ask for your execuse & request to convey you the expertise certificate.Hope you'll get your drawback solved .

If not & if you have got written proof of fulfilling the terms & conditions of appointment, you can get a counselor-at-law notice sent to the leader to issue a expertise certificate. But take it's a final choice & not powerfully wise.Convince & request to induce the expertise certificate.

I feel that you simply and your boss have a heavy issue up here. this issue is making issues for you currently and conjointly for your future. look i do not understand World Health Organization is correct and World Health Organization is wrong and conjointly am not clear concerning the problem, however does one suppose that basically matters currently. all you had to try and do is to depart the task with a decent impression. i continually tell my friends that even though they need any issues with their boss, they ought to have a decent relation with the boss at the time of going the task.

Currently the harm is already done, thus what i recommend is that you simply head to your boss, see him concerning what you're feeling concerning the problem, if necessary or rather if you're thinking that necessary or if attainable apologize; even though it's not your fault. tell him what you'll face if you do not get the certificate. and please whereas you see him be polite.
You would possibly trouble me; however i recommend you are doing it if you wish the certificate badly.
Coming on to the purpose , as you aforementioned owing to some disputatious problems you're going you current job, and if your boss isn't provision your expertise letter which means he's angry with you greatly , may well be some ego drawback. first don't be concerned , and simply go and speak Ho him humbly and to the purpose and request him to issue that letter, as a result of if you'll speak , be some possibilities that he will perceive you and provides you expertise letter, however if you'll not point out this you have got no probability to induce your letter. you'll take facilitate of some reasonably one who is near your boss and with you too.

Re: Employer not issuing experience letter. What should be done if he rejects to issue an appointment letter?

    Hello,

You need to take a two way approach. Firstly , you should contact your HR department and tell them
your issue regarding experience letter. they should be the one responsible for issuing such letters. Secondly,
you should write a letter to the HR Manager stating your problems. Wait some time for the feedback, generally
all companies issue experience letter to their previous staff. But if they don't issue such letter then there is nothing
you can do. Look for new opeining .

    Bye,

    Hello..friend,

Coming directly to the point , as you said due to some argumentative issues you are leaving you current job, and if your boss is not issuing your experience letter that means he is angry with you very much , might be some ego problem. Firstly Don't worry , and just go and talk ho him humbly and to the point and request him to issue that letter, because if you will talk , there will be some chances that he will understand you and give you experience letter, but if you will not talk about this you have no chance to get your letter. You may take help of some kind of person who is close to your boss and with you too.

    have faith

Re: Employer not issuing experience letter. What should be done if he rejects to issue an appointment letter?

    Dear,
It all depends on how you deal with the issue.
First of all you have to request about the experience letter to the management.
You must approach all persons wit whom you are having a good relationship with in the past.
If the no.s are less then hope is also very less.
Then next, You can say that good or bad you may be given an experience letter.
If it seems to be impossible then arrange some method to get experience letter from other known company however small.
All your depends on the criteria of submitting the experience letter if it is mandatory.
The best one I can tell that speak the truth to your next employer when he asks for the experience letter
    Okey bye take care.

Re: Employer not issuing experience letter. What should be done if he rejects to issue an appointment letter?

    Hello there !!

since you have done a wrong thing by doing arguments with your boss.
you know that in today's date what is the position and the attitude of the boss in the company.

and if he will not be giving you the experience certificate than you will remain in loss.
and for your kind information let me tell you that you can not even take the help of the police and the
    government in this.

since the company is private and it reserve all the terms and condition to itself.

so you cannot do any thing to him.
one thing you can do is to ask the boss gently about your experience cetificate.

    hope this will help you.

hope me too clear to you.
    thanks for posting in EALP.

now the damage is already done, so what i suggest is that you go to your boss, talk to him about what you feel about the issue, if necessary or rather if you think necessary or if possible apologize; even if it is not your fault. tell him what you will face if you don't get the certificate. and please while you talk to him be polite.
