    If the performance graph of your new manager is blank, then she should certainly not have got the promotion as she did not deserve it.This is certainly injustice on the part of your management to give her a promotion and do injustice with the other managers. Only the deserving candidates should get the promotion and so you should not withstand such injustice. You should go and talk to the senior officials regarding this.

    Take some other employees with you. Tell them that recently one of the newly appointed managers received promotion . she has just came here 10 months back and has a blank performance graph. Yet she got the promotion when she didn't deserve it. So you want them to look into this matter and give the promotion to only the deserving candidates who work hard throughout the year. Otherwise it will not be good for the company. You hope that something will be done in this regard.

    I am sure your higher officials will feel ashamed of this decision and will definitely do something in this regard. Good luck and thanks

    Major promotion for a new manager without performance graph

    One of the newly appointed managers has received promotion within 10 months of service. Her service performance graph is blank but still she bagged the promotion. I need to clarify the confusion. Please suggest a way.
