    Hi aspirant

    You should definitely not let such injustice happen to you.If you have 10 casual leaves which you haven't yet availed then you should definitely get them sanctioned and your manager has no right to reject your application in this way. You should talk to him regarding this and try to get your due. In this way he will not be able to take advantage of your innocence.You should not sit quietly and take action in this matter.

    Tell your boss that you have already completed 12 months of training. You have been provided with 10 casual leaves but when you to avail your 2 day leave, your application for the same has been rejected.You think that you have been given this right to avail your leaves by the company and thus you want to know the reason for the same. You hope that he will sanction your leaves soon because you think you deserve to avail them.

    I am sure your boss will understand your feelings and thus will give you your right. If not you should immediately report to the higher authorities. They will definitely take care of this matter. Good luck

    Casual leave rejected during first year of confirmation

    I am a sub editor at a newspaper firm who got confirmed couple of months back. I have already completed 12 months of training. We have been provided with 10 casual leaves but my application for two day casual leave has been rejected. Please suggest a way out to solve the problem.
