    hii,
you can not let her do this as this is against the norms of any company. workers can not leak the office informations to the other comppanies or some outsider. you should talk to her, make her understand that this is illegal, she might lose her job for her this nature. even then if she continues doing the same you should talk to the management. as this will affect your company only.

hello friendThis is not fair because leaking information related office or company will be very harmful to you and company too.As being a employee you should warn her .If it goes regularly time then you should warn her to complaine boss over this habit.if she does not stop bulking then you forced to talk to management regarding this issue .It can be reason of losses her her job but being a personnel you should care about company not her.We should never use or speak secrets of company or houses .all the best

    hello friends..

    1) you cannot leak office secrets to some strangers as that can hurt your company if the information goes into the wrong hands.

2)you should warn her again the second time and tell her that if she deosnt stop this habit of taking about the company secrets to others

3)you would be forced to talk to management regarding this issue and so she may be end up with some punishment or even losing her job

4)so am sure colleague will be afraid and will mend her ways

5)if she is still adamant and deos not care to improve then you should certainly talk to your management

6)thus tell them that they should do something about her otherwise it will affect the company in some way or the other.

    Hi buddy

I think you should not allow that co-worker of yours to leak your office secrets to some strangers as that can hurt your company if the information goes into the wrong hands. So you should warn her again the second time and tell her that if she doesnt stop this habit of talking about the company secrets to others, you would be forced to talk to your management regarding this matter and thus she may end up with some punishment or even losing her job. As they dont want this to happen to her, thus they are warning her beforehand. She should pay heed to your advice and thus put a stop to this habit of hers as it can lead to destruction of the company if the info goes into the wrong hands.

I am sure your colleague will be afraid and will mend her ways. But if she is still adamant and doesnt care to improve then you should certainly talk to your management and thus tell them that they should do something about her otherwise it will affect the company in some way or the other. Then your tension is over and now it is the duty of the company to take care of her.

    Good luck buddy

A co-worker is leaking office secrets to all those who care to hear

A coworker of mine has a bad habit of taking a lot. Recently we were sitting in a bar and she befriended some people and starting talking about office and the things we do. We thought it was just one off thing but a few days back we heard her doing the same thing. We already warned her once. What should we do?
