    - Need an excel sheet format to manage the records of resumes

I am a HR Manager and find it difficult to manage everything in a proper manner. I am looking for an excel sheet where I can save the record of received resumes and then link it with selected candidates link. Please share if you have any idea for the same?

    Hi Friend,
Quicker way would be save all the resume in your company shared folder and link it in your own excel sheet based on Selected/Rejected candidate.
In your excel sheet please enter all the names and have a status column with options (Selected, Rejected) and another "Resume" column. So anytime you can filter selected/rejected candidate.
Link the resume (stored in shared drive or your local disk) in Resume column for each of the candidates.

    Regards

    Dear friend ,

Collect all the resume you get and saved in a place of the Hard drive.

Then open a excel sheet make three columns that candidate name , address , phone number .

in the place of each candidates name attach the links of the resume address saved in hard disk.

So when you required any resume you search from search option of your excel file and see them.

    Thank you..........

hello friendit is mandatory to save all record in proper manner.so you should organize a folder in MS EXCEL.here you can scan all copies of resume those you have gotten.if you received these by mail then it can be download directly in particular folder.in excel sheet you can manage all resum in two different name of selected and rejected candidate resume.for future use you should copy this data into a harddisc likepen drivecdhard disc.thanks
