    Is it necessary to recruit if scope of work is not there but designations are mentioned in organisational chart?

    Every organisation has its working chart where all the designations are present. Mine is a sister concern of highly reputed organisation which ordered me to hire as much employee needed as in the organisational chart but I think this is not required. What to do please suggest?

    Dear aspirant,
    as you explained yo are in critical situation. but you can take the interview of candidate and put on hold which candidate you are selected
    you can inform them after the interview right now you don't have enough vacancy but whenever you will have you will let them know.so
    in future you will have not to go through again recruitment procedure directly contact to selected candidate and ask for the job.
