My previous company has not given me my experience letter yet even after 6 months of my leaving them

I am working in a private firm. I have joined this firm about 6 months ago. It has been such a long time and yet my previous company has not given me any experience letter. I have reminded them many times but without any proper response. What should I do in such a situation?

    Hello,

This is very unfortunate situation. You should contact the HR department of your
previous company and try to convince then about issuing you your work experience
letter as early as possible. You can also visit your previous company to find out why
they are not issuing you work experience letter. There is nothing much you can do except
    trying.

    Bye,

This is a very common scenario. Most of the companies do not cooperate with their ex-employees in these issues. You may say that this is sort of a fun on their part to watch the employees come and beg them for giving them their experience letters. This is a task of the HR department I suppose. You have to give repeated reminders till your purpose is served.Other than this, there is no other option left for you.

    Dear..

Why have you waited for such a long time. See this thing happens because of the delay from your side. If you keep on your relax behaviour then you will probably never get it. If your new company is not requiring it then also you should get it from your previous company as it will help you a lot in future. Its better to draft a mail to the HR of the company saying that you want your Experience letter in 7 days otherwise you will complain to the labour court against that company. I am sure they will respond only if you show some aggressiveness in your behaviour. otherwise they will keep on giving you a future date for your experience letter.

One more thing that you should is while drafting the mail just keep in CC the other higher official of the company such as Manager, CEO or every other Higher official. This will help you to get your work done very soon.

If the above mentioned trick does not work then its better to complain to that company against the labour court. Write a complain and attach all the mails which you have written to them as well as write the way you are being treated by them. Send a copy to your office also and you can also keep a copy with you.

Hope this will surely help you in getting back your Certificate

If you have any other query you can ask it in this section

    Cheers...!!!

If you had served the required notice period and had completed the relieving formalities before leaving your previous firm, then you should have got your experience certificate by now (after six months of leaving the firm); however, if you have not received it yet, then I would suggest you to go in person and meet the HR concerned to obtain your experience letter. In case, meeting personally with the HR does not help you, then you can always show your resignation letter (on the previous company's letter head) and your employment letter given to you at the time of your joining in the previous firm. This also works as a proof of experience and is acceptable. Moreover, you can even share the contact details of your reporting manager in the previous firm who can confirm the tenure of your work in the previous company.

You must directly go out to the company manager and ask for the experience letter.
Also show them proof that you worked in that company.
You should get your experience letter.
still, if you do not get then go to the head of the department.
You will surely be helped there.
    Good luck

If you have resigned from your previous company and has done all the formalities before leaving than YES you are entitled to get the Experience certificate from them.
I would suggest that yous hould personally vist the company
Meet the HR manager and tell him the case
Request him to issue the certificate
If all your dues are clear they will definitely issue the certificates

    Dear Aspirant,

It seems you have not resigned from the previous job without following the terms & conditions of your appointment. As per the terms & conditions, you should have given the notice period for a period of one to three months. However, whatever the reasons may be,if you have got the relieving order from the previous employer,it may fulfill your need as of the experience certificate.

If at all,it is needed by you,get leave for few days & contact in person the manager HR & other senior officials & request to get the same. Before meeting them in person, prepare a representation in computer writing details the facts of your last correspondence.

Hope you will get the same as soon as you meet in person to the manager HR.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hello,
You should talk to the higher authorities of that company they will sure take a action against it .You can even contact to police about that if they don't take any action it is your right.
you should take some serious action because if you don't do this it will result in you waste of time of that job and did not result for your better future.
    thanks..............

Everything happens as per the clause given in the appointment letter. Any specific clause is mentioned in appointment letter about experience certificate ? If not you try to approach the HR head in convincing manner and request him.Your positive approach is most important for getting the things done. If already approached the HR head, nothing was happened, you get the appointment of the factory incharge and convince him in a very positive manner and submit a written application for doing the needful. Hope your postive approach would help you in most the times.

Re: My previous company has not given me my experience letter yet even after 6 months of my leaving them

You need to write an complain letter against your HR department to the general manager of your organisation and then ask them why they are not providing the experience letter when its already 6 months passed after resignation. Then they will definitely listen to you and they will provide you the same. because typing an experience letter is not a big deal its just a five minutes of work.If you have not joined anywhere after the resignation then the experience letter is not carrying much importance because if you make some good experience in the same company where you have joined then after that if you leave that company and go to other company then they will only make some enquiry of your previous job not for the oldest job that you have left and also they will call the company where you have already worked.Whereas if you are thinking of showing the experience letter to that organisation then do not worry for the same because you can arrange the letter head of that organisation and then type an experience letter of that company and make the signature of the general manager by yourself if you can do that. This you can do because they will not enquire about all your previous job they will only make the enquiry related to the current job.

Re: My previous company has not given me my experience letter yet even after 6 months of my leaving them

The reason perhaps you've patiently lay regarding this kind of a protracted time. Find it happens as a result of postpone from your side. In the event you carry on your own rest habits you must most likely never ever acquire it. But if your brand-new corporation is just not needing it then in addition you will get that from your preceding corporation while it will help you a large number within future. Its advisable to write a new email for the HR of your corporation expressing that you might want your own Knowledge mail within a week or you will probably protest for the time judge against this company. I am sure they may act in response simply in the event you exhibit many aggressiveness as part of your behaviour. if not many people will keep about providing you with another time for your experience letter.

One more thing you should is definitely while drawing your email only retain in CC another larger official of your corporation for example Supervisor, CEO or some other Larger official. This tends to aid you in getting work executed really soon.

When all these key rule isn't followed subsequently it is advisable to protest compared to that corporation resistant to the time court. Create a new protest and fasten many of the e-mails there is composed to help them while generate how we are being treated by way of them. Send a duplicate to help your working environment in addition and you can in addition continue to keep a duplicate using you.
Should you have supported the required observe period of time coupled with concluded your reducing formalities before leaving your own preceding business, subsequently you need to have became your own experience qualification right now (after 6 months involving abandoning your firm); however, individuals received that still, subsequently Chance to find the anyone to go into man or woman plus match the HR uneasy to get your own experience letter. Should, interacting with in person together with the HR will not help you, then you can definitely constantly exhibit your own resignation mail (on the earlier businesses mail head) and also your occupation mail made available to anyone at the time of your own becoming a member of in the last firm. And also this is effective as being a evidence of expertise and is acceptable. Furthermore, you can even promote your data within your canceling office manager in the last business who are able to look at the tenure involving work in the last company.

    Hello friend
It a very important for you the letter because most of the companies are recruit you on the basis of your experience certificate but if your former company is not providing you the experience letter then file a written application against your hr department and then send it to your higher authority and said to them that sir please provide me the experience certificate to me because it is very important for me.
Thanking you hopes you like my suggestion…
