My first meeting with my boss was a very bad and bitter experience for me

I am working in a private firm. I have recently joined this firm. Just few days back I had my first meeting with my boss as I wanted to take his opinion on something. But it turned out to be a very bad and bitter experience as I could not express myself properly and he too, took out so many mistakes in my demeanour. How to handle such a situation in future?

Meeting is a place where you have to express your ideas and view. if your boss pointed any mistakes in you then you have to over come the mistakes in you.Don't become afraid of any thing. They are just higher offical than you.You should not feel tense about any think try to be free.If you can't overcome your tense then you have face a lot of problems in future.Do mediation to overcome your stress.
    all the best
    thank you

    Hello,

While conversing with the boss, you have to make sure of certain things.
1.Firstly, don't lose your cool. Try to keep yourself calm even if things are not going in your favour.
2.Listen to what he has to say, then make your comments.
3.Dont talk too much. Talk less and to the point.
4.Some what you have to learn the art of manipulation
5.Give proper logic which are convincing and helpful for the company.
    6. be humble, and never show arrogance.
7.Keep in mind, that company's welfare is your prime motto.
