My colleague does not want my help

I am working in a private firm. One of my colleagues is weak in some areas and our boss is constantly scolding him. Thus I thought of helping him out. But he said he doesnít want my help and will try to solve his problem on his own. How to deal with such a situation?

Re: My colleague does not want my help

    Hello,

Don't help him. You should leave him at his situation and let your boss decide whta to do
with him. Somtimes seeking help is considered a strength but not many people have the
courage to seek for help. There are some people who don't want help at any level so it is
advisable not to help people like them.

    Bye,

    hello,
every person does not have a friendly behavior as yours.i think he dont want any help and want to get solution of his own without any others help.it seems he has a individual personality.i think he dont want to be a dependent person and he want to get solution of his own without others help all though it takes sometime.
dont bother for him and do your work and if has any problem he may consult you and you can clarify his doubts at that time so dont interfere in his problems and you concentrate on your work rather than interfere on his work.
    thank you............
