My boss wants to remove me from the position of team leader.

I am working in a software company. Recently I was selected as the team leader for one of the teams. But just 10 days of that, now my boss wants to remove me from that position as he is not satisfied with my work, though I have tried my best. How to come out as a winner in such a situation?

    hello,
directly go to your boss and ask him the reason behind it.why he want to remove you from that position and what is the mistake you have done.ask him whether your performance is not reached upto his expectations and ask him what are the measures to be taken to reach his expectations.
moreover ask him whether there are any complaints by any co-employee regarding your performance and your behavior.if such complaints were received then directly say that such mistakes will not be repeated and you promise him that you will behave in a good and prospect manner if he give him one last chance.
and ask him what are the measures to be taken for a better results.
    thank you...............
