My boss wants me to give some good tips to the juniors so as to improve their level of performance

I am working in a government organisation. The few newcomers who have joined our organisation recently are not up to the mark in their work. Being one of his best employees, my boss wants me to give them some tips so as to improve their level of performance. But I am feeling very nervous. What to do in such a situation?

    Hello Friend,

Well, the idea is very good. As a senior and best employee you should be the perfect candidate to extend your help and support to the newcomers. There is nothing to be afriad of the situation. You should talk to the new employees and ask if they have any issues with job responsibilty or delegation of work. Based on their specific need you should talk to them and give them valuable advice and support. You should try to reduce their tension and work related stress otherwise they will not be able to talk to you freely. Best of luck.

    Bye,

As you are the best performing employee of all time in your company then you should accept that you are the best at your work and may do better than all others senior who are working in that branch and your boss trust you that you are doing good and will do best in future too that is why he know that only you have very good thoughts and ideas to make business successful and provide boost to the performance of the employees due to being a experienced and successful employee in the branch and if they want you to suggest and give your opinions to the newcomers who just joined office and are not performing

You should accept the offer of your boss and make them believe that you will do better and teach them some new things and tricks to give good performance in the office so your boss will understand that you are found again the best but that would be proven after successful performance of all the juniors that is why you should take a time of about 15 minutes from your work in office and call all the juniors in your cabin and make them understand about the current business status in the office and give some more details about the office and working system that is being managed so they will get some basic details then share your experience towards performance and do not force them to follow you but give few tips and motivate them to do better in office and also say to them that if you all are having problem in work then you may contact me between ----------- time so they will feel better that someone is there for help and this will boost up their performance and surely you will get positive result

    All the best
