My boss is not allowing me to go to the foreign trip despite being selected

I am working in a private firm. Recently a team of 5 employees was selected for a foreign trip in which we would learn many new things. But my boss is not allowing me to go there despite my selection. He says that he will ruin my career if I do so.I think he wants one of his favourites to go who hasn’t been selected. How to deal with such injustice?

Once consult your boss pleasently and ask him the reason for not allowing you to go to the foreign trip.Tell him that you would definetly work hard and try to increase your capability.Explain him in a such a way that you would show what you are in upcoming days.And also tell him that you are of among the selected members for foreign trip.So,you have the right to go along with your colegues and attend the trip.

If possible take a video and audio of that situation and present it to the higher officials than the boss by using any pen cameras because you need to teach the lesson to such type of bosses who will not spare the growth of the employees because he may loose that chair if other develop so, by keeping it in the mind he is not allowing you to go for the foreign trip.So, do not fear for him proceed to the higher officials of your boss and by taking the help of the other staff try to explain the situation to them they will solve your problem and will allow you to go for the foreign trip.
