My boss has asked me to bring some home made cake for him and I am very nervous as this is the first time he has asked me to do something for him

I am working in a private firm. Yesterday my boss asked me to bring some home made cake for him as he has tasted it once when I offered him the other day. He really loved it and now has asked me to bring some for him. I am really very nervous as this is the first time that he has asked me to do something for him. How to make sure that everything goes right in such a situation?

    Dear Aspirant,

It is nothing to worry & being nervous, instead you should be happy that your boss has asked to get him some special dish prepared in your home.Since you have given him once to taste the same dish which he has liked very much & that is the reason that he has again asked to bring that home made dish for him.

It is very common in professional life. You should not have any problem as you have an idea of preparing the dish.So prepare it well & bring it for your boss.If any thing goes wrong, say sorry & get another chance to bring another good dish.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hello,

I think this is just your anxiety that is making you feel tensed. But I feel there is nothing much to worry about. You should take this in the positive spirit that your handmade cake has impressed him. Now simply make a bigger one in the same manner like the previous one. You can add some more toppings to make it look better. Cut it into pieces ,put it in a good box and hand it over to your boss. There is nothing to be nervous. Take it simple, and work accordingly. I hope he is going to be impressed again!

    Good Luck

its nothing to get nervous as he has only appreciated your cake its a good reason to be happy for getting him taste . generally people have love for food and its good that you have given him the taste that you have provided the taste of home made food its something you need to be happy and make sure of yourself that you do prepare the home made cake again with all the interest and joy of offering if he appreciates your cake its something that you can get close to your boss i am not saying you that you offer food of his taste and get close to him and take his advantage.. i am telling you that its a chance to make your boss a good friend not to make good impression but for the relation that needs a taste of appreciation.. when people like your food then do hardly people eat and appreciate us for good taste selection .. so when your boss had asked for home made cake then ensure yourself that you make your anxiety and pressure of making a great home made cake under check ensure yourself that you need not hurry in preparation of it try the same ingredients as your wife/ you have done it don't add extra make the simple home cake.. over excitement will lead to a huge mess. so i suggest you be simple and calm to prepare and serve it to your boss.
