My boss does not want to listen to me as he thinks that I am surely in the wrong

I am working in a private company. Recently one of the projects did not go as per the bossís expectations. I , too, was in that project. Now my boss believes that it was due to my mistake that everything went wrong but I am not to be blamed at all.How to prove my innocence as he is not ready to listen to me?

    Dear Aspirant,

Yes,it happens some times that people are blamed without real mistake. You should talk to your boss when he is in good mood. You should convince him logically that it was not your fault for not going the work in right direction related to project.

You should say the real reason for not being good for the project.Every work requires a flow diagram of procedure to be completed in order to achieve the final target. So there must have been some mistake which I donít know.

So you should go carrying out your work well after telling the fact to your boss so that your boss may get good impression about you.

Hope the things will be normal.

    Thanks & good luck.
