In my appointment letter the salary mentioned is wrong

I have completed my B.com and joined HR consultancy as a recruiter. At the time of interview they had told me and even sent a mail saying that my salary will be Rs.8000 as I am fresher. I agreed for the same and attended the last round. But when I got the hard copy of offer letter the salary mentioned was Rs.6000. I spoke to the HR and they told it was typo error in the soft copy. Now I have already joined this consultancy and I am being fooled in salary. What should I do in this case? Please help.

If you are not satisfied with your salary you can resign the job and find some other job in the company. An employment is an agreement between the employer and the employee and it has to be in good faith. But your employer at the the first instance has cheated you by offering you 8000 and giving you only 6000/-. You have to directly talk to your HR regarding the same and request him to pay you promised amount of 8,000. If they are not paying you the amount then its better you quit this job. While going to meet HR you should take the print out of the offer letter with you and explain about the mistake regarding the salary and warn him that you will be resigning if they do not pay you the salary as promised.

    Dear Aspirant,

Really,It is very sad to know the fact.Naturally, you are not satisfied with the employer. You can do the present job till you get another job with high pay & good working environment. But,you must give in writing to the manager HR for the dirrerence found in offering salary & giving salary along with the copy of your appointment letter & the print copy of your mail received from the company. They may consider your case for correction.

Hope the above reply will help you.

    Thanks & best of luck.

Dear questioner-your appointment letter shows wrong salary for this reason you need not worry to solve and to rectify the problem immediately you write an e-mail to the issuing authority of appointment letter attach the offer letter and appointment letter .

I think under this process you will get rectified appointment letter to your email you scan and download the new appointment letter and take a printout.

Thus your problem can be solved in faster way.

    Thanks.

    hii
first you call the hr and make sure what the salary the are offering you and then make it confrm and reqst them to send another hard copy letter such that there should be no mistakes in it and them when they had made you a bond for this much time in that see what the salary they have mention if you are not satisfied with it you simply reject it
make sure of signing after they have made it clear

Hi. It is really bad on the part of your HR to do such misdeeds and fool their employees..

As you you dont have any proof and they are denying the mail saying you cant do much about it.. You should try to be beware of such frauds in the future and dont get entrapped like this..

Now what you can do is that with your hard work and efforts try to make a good impression and thus maybe you will get a promotion.. So then you will get a higher salary..

But if you are really sad and want to leave this job then try searching for a new job and then when you find a new job then only leave this job..

    Best of luck.. Thanks
