    Manager still angry with me due to the maternity leave issue.

    I am working in a private firm. I have just come back from my 6 months long maternity leave. My manager is still angry with me due to the argument we had before I went for my leave. He was compelling me to come a month earlier due to some important projects lined up. But I argued with him and had my own way. Now how should I lessen his anger so that our relationship is normal again?

    The best way is that you must go and talk to him, because in such situations where both of you were in stress due to your reasons this happened.

    You must explain to him like because of your condition you were stressed due to which you got out of control and thus such thing happened.

    Tell him that you don't have any bad things in your mind about that argument and you have a respect for him, and if he thinks that still you were wrong than

    you are sorry for it.

    Explaining him in such a way will lessen his anger as he also understands such things can happen.

    Until and unless you won't explain him and make him clear that what do you think right now you will not be able to lessen his anger.
