Madarasa (Muslim teaching school) teachers have not got their salary from last two months

I am a teacher in a madarsa in Rajasthan. We have not got the salary from last two months. Madarsa board union has given the notice to the chief minister many times, but still the condition is same. We are facing trouble as our financial condition is getting affected by this.

    Hello sir/madam,

We are very sympathic to your condition.

and the condition you are suffering with has leads to hundreds and thousands of teacher in poverty instead of getting employed.
see, actually what happen you give letters to ChiefMinister, but do you think that your letters are really being read by your honourable ChiefMinister sir???
Actually your letters and not forwarded to chiefminister ,the third party which are responsible for delivering the letters to the chiefminister do not deliver them to right place and a result you are suffering.

    so,do one thing
make a group of union and make your needs in front of media on a very polite and nice manner.
because media is only on the mode to communicate your voice directly to the chiefminster instead of involving any 3rd patry.

always remember to voice your opinino by non-violence.
your act must not disturb any common people or it must not leads to any riot and violence.

    thanks for posting in ealp.

Dear questioner I have read your statement very well indeed it is a very sad fact that being a teacher of Madarasa you are not getting your monthly salary in time.As per your information it is 2 months late to draw your salary. For this purpose your school and Madarasa have reported to state Govt but there is no result.

Dear writer your concern is ultimately a Govt.unit all expenses related with this Madarasa is borne by the the GOVT.So,you have the right to get salary in time,it is not a pvt concern and no question of profit and loss so the delay is due to negligence and lack of proper care it is going to be late.so create the road to eliminate such obstacle complain to Chief Minister and then labour court I think if you the concern MADARASA take such actions then your problem may be cured permanently.

    Thank you,

    Dear Aspirant,

Need not worry much for delay in getting payment. The government will give the allotment of fund for payment. There are some procedures to be followed to release the fund which takes time.I hope it is a common problem to you in the service.Every year you might be facing such problem.

In order to solve the problem forever, ther must be discussion & representation betwwen your union representative & education & chief minister of the state. Then only there will be permanent solution.

So you can pursue for the same.

You have to manage your financial matter with your alternate arrangement for time being.

    Thanks.

    Ashok

    Hello,

Your condition is really challenging.First you need to check whether Madrasa Schools of your in around areas are also facing the same situation or not.If yes, then the approach will be a different one.But if the situation is that your school is the only one which is facing this problem, then it is again a different issue. If all other Madrasa Schools are facing this ,then all the teachers can get together and raise their voice of protest using the media or any other form so that the issue reaches to the right person who can settle the problem.Or else go and check the treasury office and check the matter.Everything needs to be done in group.Union should speak in favour of you all.
