    Lot of employees of my call centre are leaving their job at the same time as they are not satisfied with their salaries

    I am the owner of a call centre. I have been noticing that a lot of my employees are leaving their job at the same time which is not good for my call centre at all. They are citing the low salaries as the sole reason for this. What should be done to prevent such a thing from happening?

    Hi, attrition has always been a threat and a problem in call centres. After investing money and energy on the employees, when they leave the organisation, its actually a great loss for the firm. Dear, you need to convince your employees not to leave your organisation for the sake of money. Also, please start some incentives plan for the performers to keep them motivated and keep them stick to your firm. In fact, you can even give some of your tenured employees a good hike and a better position to cite good examples and this way those employees will support you in stopping other performers from quitting their jobs. Talk to your employees and genuinely think about them, they will put in their heart and soul for your company. Trust me !

    Hi,

    This is really a great problem for your call center.
    If salary hike is the problem, then you must give salary hike to your employees.
    If your call center is progressing and is making profits then you can give them salary hike.
    And if you are not making any profit, then you must assure the employees that they will get hike as soon as the company makes profit.
    For this the employees must work harder and smarter.
    You must motivate your employees to work in your company and benefits will surely come.

    The employees are the soul of the company.
    Without the employees company cannot function well.
    Explain the employees their importance in the working of the company.

    Compare your salary and other companies salary.
    Check whether your salary rates are equal to or lower than other call centers.
    If they are lower than others , then try to raise the salary of the employees.
    This must be the reason why they are leaving your company.
    So, take a better decision for the companies working.

    Dear concern,

    it is not only a call center problem but also every industry and every orgainsation is having this problem that employees are moving from one company to another. because every employee is working for their growth but if company's HR department and management is strong then we can stop this process bit a lot.
    Because a HR deptt. understand the problems of employees and sort out their issues.

    and some problems are having in which Management role is must.

    so the problem can be sorted out of switching the job by the hr deptt. and management perspective.

    It is a great problem for the call center's.If the workers are not satisfied by the money given to them they try to leave their job because they keep their good efforts but the money for their hard work is very less.
    If the call center should be good position employees should be their.work should take place for their improvement.
    the employees should be hard working.for getting the hard working employees the salary given to them should be increased.If you dont have money to pay them then try to convince them for working and tell that you will increase the salary if the call center come to good position.give the motivation to the workers so that they can work for more days.
