    Less liberty from reporting head to explore sales quality being a female

    I am a female and working alone as female staff among male sales staff. Not in words but actually my work is appreciated by boss too. But boss didnít take the reporting directly therefore I have to ask my reporting head for every little thing in deal which he denies sometimes as he is not giving me the liberty to deliver my best and explore more.

AS A FEMALE YOU CAN IMPROVE YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO FEMALE COLLEQUES. IF YOU WANT TO DISCUSS SOME TOPIC WITH YOUR BOSS THEN YOU CAN MEET WIHT YOU BOSS AND CLEAR YOUR DOUBT. IF YOU HAVE SOME HESITATION TO MEET DIRECTLY THEN YOU CAN DELIVER YOUR REPORT THROUGH MAILS. GOOD LUCK
