Legal issues about leaving an organization as I am dissatisfied with my work

I have joined an organization last year October. I have signed a bond at the time of joining. Now I am not satisfied with my work. I have given a notice before two months of leaving. But the company is not accepting my resignation & has not cleared the pending paperwork. What is the take on it?

Hi..I think firstly you should make sure that the bond you have signed with the company has expired and then only you are legally eligible to resign from the company..But if your bond hasnt expired and you leave then you are in legal trouble and may also be required to pay a huge fine as per the company rules..

Now as your company is not completing the pending paperwork it maybe that you have not completed your bond period yet and thus cannot resign without breaching your contract..But if you have completed your contract then your company should be a little more responsible and complete your work soon..Firstly make sure that you have served the correct notice period i.e. 2 months as you are saying..

If your info is right then go and talk to your HR regarding the same and tell him to complete your pending work soon so that you can leave and join your new job..I am sure he will oblige you otherwise sue your company..

    Good luck.. Thanks

    Dear Aspirant,

In order to resign from the present job,you are required to refer the terms & conditions of your appointment. As per the terms & conditions, you are required to give the notice period.Keep a record of your correspondence with receipt.Meet the manager HR in person & request to do in your favour. In case, you are not satisfied with his response, meet the head of the company.Even if you are not satisfied, send a pleader notice to the head of the company & HR.

Hope your resignation will be accepted in due time because you have not committed any mistake & you are free to do for your betterment.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok
