Lack of clarity on rollback for permanent staff

The HR manager has announced that roll back on payrolls will be done, if the company is not making profit. I am not a permanent basis but he still applies the same for me.

Re: Lack of clarity on rollback for permanent staff

    Hi friend

As you are not a permanent employee of the company so the company should not try to apply such rules to you. These rules are only applicable to the permanent employees and thus you should not be burdened with them. If the company is going in loss or not making any profits, then most of the company opt for rollbacks on payrolls but most of the companies apply these rules only to the permanent employees.

So the best option for you is to go and clarify this with your HR. Tell him as you are not a permenent employee of the company and work on a temporary basis , thus such a rollback should not be applicable to you. I am sure he will explain to you everything in detail about the company's rules regarding such matters and will surely satisfy your confusion regarding this matter. Make it clear and dont let any injustice happen to you in this matter as your salary is very important for you.

Good luck buddy. Hope you get everything solved and get out of this situation. Thank you
