Are the joining and resigning formalities differs from that of a contract based employee and a regular employee?

A contract based employee works for a certain period of time till the completion of the contract. But are the resigning and joining formalities too differ from that of a regular and contract based employee or not? Please specify.

    Hello,

Yes , the resigning and joining formalities differ from that of a regular and contract based employee.

A contract based employee has to work for the company for a time period specified in the contract.
He cannot resign the job prior to completion of the time period specified.
If he resigns, he will have to pay certain amount of money for it.

While the regular employees can resign without any time limit.

Joining procedure may be same or different , it depends on the companies.
The freshers may be chosen on contract.
While the experienced employees are not chosen on contract or sometimes a contract.
As said before it is companies choice how and on what basis recruit candidates.

    thankyou
