Job of a translator is too monotonous and hence want to shift to a teaching profession

I have learnt the French language and I am proficient in the language. I am working as a translator from the past 5 years. Although the job is very paying but it is very monotonous. I want to shift to the teaching profession which will fetch me lesser salary but will be more challenging. My parents are opposed to this decision. Please suggest what option should I take from the long term point of view.

    Hello,

You have chosen a less travelled career path. not many people in India are familiar with the
French language. French translator is a unique profession as French language is very beautiful.
But if you want to swift your career then you can do that. Yes, you can work as a teaching professional
in India. Teaching is also a very good profession. You should take some time and decide which profession
is best suited for your career in the long run. Only you can make that decision.

    Bye,

    hello,
as you are a matured person you know what to do and what to not.it is fairely in your hands and you should convince your parents in this regards and most of the parents listen to their childs feeling and they will listen to your words and they will not object you in your career regard and you should not break your words after you get what you want and you should not get into rivalry after getting what you want and listen to your parents in all the aspects and try to give them your best.
at child hood you should listen to your parents and as you are a grown up you should listen to you heart ans think twice and the future will be in your hands and it is in your hands.
    thank you..................

HiI would like to give you a very helpful advise that right now you should switch your job to the teaching line.Because as a change it is a very nice and good job to deal with. Moreover as you said that you have the mastery over French language, therefore you can join it after a couple of years again, as it will also give you a different experience and the salary is also Gud in it. Therefore for the time being you should switch your profession to the teaching line.Gud luck
