Information about the Shannon-Weaver transmission model of communication? What does it mean and how it helps in effective communication?

I am trying to know more about Effective communication and while going through some of the books I found about Shannon-Weaver transmission model of communication, Can you tell me more about it? What does it mean? How does it work? Does it help to have a effective communication?

a communication model is used to explain the human communication process. the first major model to be widely accepted was the Shannon and Weaver model of communication.
the initial model was based on radio communications and had 3 parts. the sender, channel and receiver. the sender was the device used to send the transmission. mainly a transducer to convert it to an electrical signal. the channel was the method of transmission (assume a telephone and the transmission.). the receiver enabled the second party to hear the signal that had been communicated.

    Hi friend
This is a good source of learning to communication.
This system was descoverd by claude e.shannon.
*In 1947, Claude E. Shannon,a research mathematician was created for Bell Labs, a theory of communication designed to facilitate information transmission over telephone lines. This system needs These elements
    ----
    1.Source
    2.Encoder
    3.Message
    4.Channel
    5.Decoder
    6.Receiver
    7.Noise
There is a need to understand how the Shannon-Weaver Model pertains to communication, itis necessary to define each individual element.
    *Source
The source of communication is the initiator, or origin, that puts the model into action
*encoder for atteching the other system
    *msg-to communicated word
    *channel-for network
    *decoder-reply
*noise-to control volume of unlike sound.
