    Incentive structure for a vocational training institute?

    I run a vocational training institute and want to announce incentives for my staff members. We have a consolidated salary structure so please guide me how to plan incentives for Marketing, Finance, Faculty members and Admin staff in a small budget.

    Dear, sir first things you should keep in mind while planning incentive you should prepare a list and put the staff member in the list one side the higly educated,talented,amd experience staff and on the other side which are temporary and not possess high responsiblity and not highly educated in this way you can decide by yourself to whom the more incentive should be given.WITH THANKS

    Dear, sir first things you should keep in mind while preparing for incentive for your staff.you should prepare a list and should make a difference there one side you should keep all the highly educated,experience and talented staff. And in one side all the temporary,and other low post employee in this way you should give incentive to your staff.with thanks

    Dear,sir, sir first things you should keep in mind while preparing incentive you should prepare a list one side the highly educated talented, and expeience person and to the other side the person who are temporary,not highly educated.and not more responsible to the organisation in this way you can decide by your self how to give incentive to your staff.

    Dear, asker prepare a incentive in such a way that no any employee does't disappoint by your decesion. So you can list out the staff and arrange in order of the performance, education, and experience. In this way you should decide incentive by your self how to give incentive to your staff and how much to which staff. Good Luck
