    If employee get terminated on disciplinary action, what will happen to his PF? How to check what PF still exist or not?

    With due respect, I joined a company in november 2008 and got terminated in march 2010 (I was in notice period). They terminate me for miss managing fund.
    With due time, I never asked for PF and all.

    Having drastic loss in business, I am barely managing my bread and butter, looking to get some amount to pay my dues..

    I have my PF no. Along with me.


    Now my questions are
    1) What happen to my PF? Is there any possibilities to get?
    2) How to check what PF still exist or not?
    3) If employee gets terminated on which circumstances they don't get PF?

    Hi,

    No matter how and on what conditions you have been separated from the firm, you can always claim your Provident Fund amount if you have your Provident Fund account number (normally mentioned on the salary slip). Now all you need to do is download Form 19 and Form 10 C from website http://www.epfindia.gov.in/downloads_forms.html. Fill up these forms carefully and correctly, attach your proof of identity and a cancelled cheque of the Bank account where you would like to get your money and also attach six months bank statement of the same account and go and submit these documents to PF office where you company deposits money of their employees. You just need to put in a little bit of effort and you are sure to get your money.
