    I was terminated without having proof against me

    I work with a data entry firm. My colleague blamed me to leak the important data of company. I was asked for the explanation and without having any proof they declared me guilty and terminated me. Even i didnít get my salary of the month. I am a very honest person but donít know what happened to me? What can I do as Iím in deep depression.

    Its sad to hear that you have been terminated from the Company without any valid reason.

    >>You can ask your Colleague to show you the proof of your mistake,if he is unable to show the you can also file a case against him.

    1) firstly dont get deprresd by such things belive in you.

    2)u have something joinig letter or appoinments letter for that company?

    3)iif yes then you can take a ligeal action on ur company.

    4)firstly try to talk with them if still they dont want to listen u then do further ligeal things.

    Hi dear
    I am so sad that happend to you.
    If you didn°Įt get your salary of the last months that you have served .then you must be meet to your HR or BOSS and explaine your probelem.
    You must be ask about your termination'reason with politly. I am sure that honest person did't disappeard by the selary. You must be know what happened to you?. Dear if you have any joining letter or other document that show your joining at the same company will be weapon at the leagle actioned time at consumer court.
    First of all you should check all reasor that may be behind at the termination.
    By complaine you will rejoin your company either you also will get selary.

If you are not wrong and you had not done anything like a blame... than you go to the legal process... first again ask for the proof from that person who blamed you... if he refuse ask for the salary till the date you work in that particular company... if they refuse than you take legal support case a file... on the company and your colleague... tell them to pay the salary till date you work and ask them for the proof and show your honesty toward your work.... all the best

    Hi friend,
    It is not fair for your manager to terminate you without proper reason. In any termination notice they must mention employees misconduct which causes a serious issue with the company.

    You can contact your higher authorities about this notice if there is no mistake on your part. Escalate this to your MD and CEO. They will investigate with HR manager and let you know exact reason. Also they can help to get your salary for this month.

    If you are terminated without any reason, then you can complaint to labour office.
    labour office gives you lot of chance to give you money back also.
    first again ask for the proof from that person who blamed you... if he refuse ask for the salary till the date you work in that particular company... if they refuse than you take legal support case a file.

    1. You can check your fault once again and if you are not guilty, you can speak with the manager or directer of the company about the same and also somplain about he behavior of your colleague to the employer first.

    2. If the employer do not take care for this, you can laudge a complain for your company.

    3. Ask about the proof of your fault.

    4. Ask about the proper reason about the salary. If they have terminated you already, they are always liable to pay all the due and full salary.

    If you anything wrong happened and you believe that you are honest then approach your concerned authority.

    Ask them for an explanation and ask them to give you proof of your mistake.

    Ask them to investigate the matter thoroughly before proving you guilty.

    A company cannot terminate you based on assumption.

    You have served the company so you have the right to know the truth.

    • In these kind of situations , you need to stay calm and take wise step.
    • If you have been terminated for the fault you haven't committed, then you can complaint against the company.
    • You also have the right to complaint against that colleague.
    • Firstly you need to send an legal notice for seeking the proper explanation and a proof for the termination.
    • If they realise their mistake, and take back you into the company, then it's ok. No , further action is required.
    • But in case if they doesn't give any explanation and proof, then you must go to the court.
    • In court, the company is liable to answer your question and decision will be taken according to evidence.

    Thats so bad with sorry for that the company being very harsh with you..

    You should check and ask for them to give the proof of your Mistake..

    Without any sold reason how they can dismiss a employee and also without a prior notice..

    You can also file a CASE of Fraud on them if they do not give you the salary of that month.

    this is totally unfair done to you ,you better ask for the reason from the management if they dont provide reason with valid proofs go to police or else file RTI act to get the reason.they cant deny RTI they have to give answer else they will ace legal action against them.so dont let the job goaway like that.fight to get back it.
