    I joined to new team on the basis of my good performance but within one month they removed me on bad feedback

    I was working with my previous team for more than 3 years, and my Manager has very good opinion on me. He was very happy with my performance. Lot of changes were happening in our company due to which there were of downsizing. My manager referred me to different based on my performance. In this new team there was no process and 2 persons work was allocated to me. I was removed because of bad feedback and they 2 people in my place. This was truly unfair on their part. I had no option but to leave the job. Please suggest what should be done in such type of situation?

    friend..i am sorry for what happened with you. you may not be entirely to blame but perhaps you were not as efficient in the new post as you were previously. also, with the market being in such a poor state a lot of good employees are being let go. there is however, no harm in asking your ex-boss as to what skills you lacked. he will certainly appreciate the fact that you are willing to learn and whatever he tells you will help you grow as a professional as well. all the best for your future!!

    Dear, asker you are right in your place it was actually you are unable to adjust or may you are not the right person many problem may be there so,go to your and boss and asked him about your defects. May this will help you to do better in the next chance. This is not an unfairment made to you.

    Dont worry friend this is the usual thing happens with all of us.

    There might be lot of reason for downsizing .But the reason for replacing your position with two people is lack of productivity in your work.

    You would have been efficient in your previous job that why you had been assigned two jobs.

    May be your work was not satisfying and that would not have been you cup of tea.

    You should take these things positive and try to come up such situation.

    This is competitive world.you need to be extra-ordinary in this crowd to stand.

    Prove yourself when you get the opportunity.

    You can ask the reason for ignoring you and you can correct the mistakes what they had told you.

    And make that negative a positive in you.

    So,be confident.Dont let yourself down.

    Hi. I do understand what you have gone through and completely sympathesize with you. I think one can do nothing in such situations as its out of your control and just a matter of bad luck and bad circumstances.


    But you should have confidence in your potential and you will surely find another great job. They cannot take away from you your capabilities. They are your asset and will always remain with you.

    If you want to do anything you can complain to the HR departnment how you were unjustly given the work of two people.

    Dear asker it is sure after joining in new team your performance were not good compairing to others.so you should know what is your exact fault from your boss.if you request from the core of your heart he may be pleased to you and create the way for your success next time.

    So ultimately they may not remove you.

    you had a good record in your past performance. This proves that you are a performer.

    You dont have to explain anyone. It is your work that shows.

    if your current team is not accepting your performance then you should not be blamed for this.

    It will take time to adjust as it is a new team and the work is new.

    They should have been patient and given you time and chance to perform.

    But if they replace you like that then you should opt for leaving the job and go for some other job.

    You have a good experience and you have a good performance record.

    So if you try for changing the job then you will get a better job with a better salary.

    You will also get better opportunity.

    It generally happens in life.It is not possible for a human being to have time alike always.you have to adjust with the situation arises before you.See you were good in the previous job,but you had to leave your job in the new company because of bad impression.Now you should think past is past & prepare well for better tomorrow.

    I mean to say try for another good job by registering your resume to the free job portal sites such as http://www.naukri.com,www.monsterind...Alert.com.Also go through the news paper like times of India & employment news paper.

    You may have nos. of chances for job after registering your resume to the said job portal sites.

    Dear we are really sorry that in such type of situation, there is not a proper and well solution for you but we may at least try to get this problem resolved and you have mentioned that you were removed because of your bad feedback and performance then you should make yourself better like before because you have also mentioned that manager were really happy with your performance then you should try to make your performance better than before because if you got posted through any unfair process then this is not good and you must go to the manager to talk about this and directly ask to them that sir is there any issue in my work that you did give me that team which is not good according to my performance and they two employees got new one so please sir tell me that is there any mistake i have done, because of this you did it with me and if they say that your work is not good then ask them to give you the fault in your work and if they say that performance is not good and tell you your mistake then you should accept and try to get more knowledge about your new work and give good performance to your company and if your manager will see your hard work then you will get promoted soon
