    I get paid by the company on 7th of every month, would I be able to get the 7 days amount if leave the job after completion of the month?

    I get salary on 7th of every month. I am thinking to leave the job very soon. My query is if I leave the job after completing the month then would I be able to get these 7 days salary also or not. Please guide me.

    it is the custom of the co.to pay salary on every 7th day of every month.If u leave the job after completing the u are sure to get the salary full month,Of course if there is no other rules yet u r to collect salary on 7th day or later as it is the customs of the company.

    If you leave the job on the last working day then you will be paid by the company whatever is your salary.
    But you have to inform the company managers in advance.
    Even if you dont go from the 1st of the next month you can collect your salary from the company on the same day.
    Or meet the manager and get your salary.

    Dear Aspirant...

    Yes, If you will leave the job on 7th you will get paid for the those extra 7 days. But you can also leave job

    on 30th there will be no problem for this extra 7 days and they can not hold your salary, but you need to tell

    them one month before you resign. SO that there will be no illegal issue created between you and the company.

    There are some rules for the company and you need to follow them while leaving the job otherwise they can hold

    your salary. And they have its legal right because when you join a company you need to sign a bond and you have


    to follow that rules and regulations also while leaving the job.

    Respected,,,you say that you get paid by the company on 7th of every month,,,,if I leave the job after completing the month you would be able to get these 7 days salary also,it is a general concern...but if your company is a private,it is not sure about salary payment of 7 days...

    Dear Friend,

    you have not mentioned your job details.

    If you fulfill the term and conditioned of your appointment ,you will be entitled to get the salary of even 7 days of the next month.

    So go through the term and conditions of your appointment in the company.

    Generally there is a probitionary period of one year in which the service of the employee can be terminated without giving any notice.

    Like wise If you are to resign,you will have to give one month prior intimation other wise you will have to remit the amount of one month salary.

    As you have mentioned that you have got paid on 7th of every month, if in any case you have dropped your current designation after completing the due date, then you are able to claim for your 7 days salary, but according to your company norms. If the condition doesn't meet with the criteria of your company then it will not be possible. Read your offer letter for the rules and regulations of the company.

    Yes, you will surely get your salary for the last 7 days of next month. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that, you must pre
    informed your reporting manager or boss about that and ask them to pass this information further to accounts department.As per the company rules you have to forward a resignation letter to the company with a proper reason that why you want to do so(no need to mention personal issues). If you do not provide a proper resignation then surely you will not receive that amount.Make sure please provide with proper resignation so you also have your 7 days salary as well as your experience letter from the company at the time of leaving.

    Hi,

    Do not worry you will get full salary if you leave the job at end of the month. They will take few days to calculate all the employees working days, Laves etc... To calculate all these they will take 5-6 days.

    Generally most of the companies consider the working days from 25th to 25th or 30th to 30th for every month. They calculate the total working days between these days.

    Then after they will send your salary on 7th of the next month. That means these 7 days are consider for next month. That means you will get salary for the next month for these 7 days.

    If you leave the job at the end of the month you will get full salary on 7th.

    It depends on the policy of company. If you are leaving the company then you would have to give notice to company 2 months before so that they can start the proceedings early. The wages are given on weekly basis in some companies. You will definitely get wages of those 7 days as you have worked for those 7 days. You can contact your HR manager as he/she decides the salary of an employe.

    Even if you leave the job in the end of month.
    You will get the salary.
    Still if you are confused whether you will get the salary or not,
    contact manager and sort the matter out.
    There are some rules for the company and you need to follow them while leaving the job.
    Otherwise they can hold your salary.

    if you leave the job after completing the month then you have definitely got your one month salary. But you have give your resignation letter to your boss before a week.
    so he/she known that you have leave the company.
    Is there is no such rules that your salary is not given to you.
    Salary is given you on time or it take some time but it is given to you in any case.
    so don't worry about your salary.

    Hi guest, Generally companies pay the salary for each and every day worked by their employees. But it wholly depends upon the kind of job agreement you have with your company or what's the policy of the company regarding this matter. Firstly if you leaving the company, you need to intimate to the company before one or two month. If you are leaving the company on last day i.e 30th then you will be paid whole month salary on 7th of next month, but if you going to leave on 7th day of the month, then you will be paid whole month salary with 7 days extra salary.     Dear, asker first all of you have to show the date of your joining if it less than the 7th then you asked for from Hr.manager and get cleared. But before your regisnation two month earlier you have to inform about this. Most of the private companies paid their employee after the 5th of every months, so don't be confused it will count as one month it is not a injustice to you it is similar with other empoyees also in the organisation.

    Hi..Most of the companies pay the salary to their employees on the 5th - 7th of every month and this rule is there in most of the companies..so when you complete working for a month like from 1st - 30th or 31st, then you get the salry of that month on the 7th of next month (as it is in your company)..

    So if you leave your job after completing the full month i.e. from 1st - 30th or 31st , then you will surely get paid for that particular month but if you dont complete your full month and then leave then depending on your company rules you may or may not get the pay for the no. of days you attended..

    In any case you have to serve the notice period before you leave so automatically youn have to complete one full month and thus there will be no such problem..This is very simple..

    Yes the company pays for what you have worked for the company if you are thinking of leaving the job the company finalizes the amount and also the services that you have given to them and also any bonds that you have to them and all these kind of stuff.The main purpose of the company to give the money on 7th is their custom that they have started and they have their own strategies.You may leave the job without informing them on the 1st of the month for those reasons the company may be accustomed to that.I advise you not to worry about 7 days pay dude.

    Hello Friend,
    no you wont get the salary for those 7 days if you leave at the end of the month.there are certain software in company where they register your in time and out time and you need to be present there for minimum that long in company else that will be counted as a leave and as you have left the company then those even days will automatically be treated as holiday.and you wont get paid for those seven days.
    in some company if a candidate join in between the month then he get the salary at the end of the next month with the salry added for those odd days similarly they can cut if you leave in between.
    so it is clear as crystal you wont get paid for those days.
