We are really sorry to know about this but dear you have not mentioned about the working profession of your husband and what project they have done in past three years out of the country because if you had provided us the details then we would have really help you but you should not worry and you should do that :

First of all you should see that how long time they would take to come back to India and if possible then do everything fair to bring them back and then you should suggest them that it is your great experience in another country of 3 years long time and if you have really done your work with honestly and properly then it would not take a long time to get a new job for you because you are the one who have enough knowledge and experience related to the business management and if you would try to get the employment in your relevant area then you would definitely get a good work and may start soon so that you should always think to do something new in your own relevant field because to start work from any other stream is not easy to get established easily and it may affect more time of your career so that you should follow it

    All the best

    Hello Aspirant,

It is the matter of the company & your husband. When your husband has to work on contract basis in India for which he has signed the bond paper,he may be allowed to come to India as early as possible. There may be some formalities to be still completed.Better you can ask him to contact the concerned authority/probably HR to let him allow to travel to India. He need not worry for delay, because now also he is on duty for the company.

His bond period will starts since the date of actual starting his work on the project in India, for that he will have to give a letter to the concerned authority stating the fact that he has started working on the project from such date & this way the bond period complets on so & so.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok..

    hi friend

If your husband's company made him sign a bond for 3 years and that period is over now, then I don't think there should be any problem at all. They don't have the right to withhold him now that the bond period is over. So he should certainly go and talk to the manager regarding this matter and to get this problem solved as soon as possible. He should immediately go to his employer's office and clear this matter.

He should tell the employer that his project is complete now and the bond period of 3 years is complete. Now he wants to go back to India to restart his work and thus want the company to arrange his visit to India as they have promised him earlier. You request them to do this as soon as possible otherwise it will not be good for them. He would have to complain to the police or maybe file a lawsuit against them if they don't sponsor his visit.

I am sure for the sake of the reputation of his company, your employer will certainly arrange your visit to India and then you can go there and start your work. Good luck. I hope justice is served in your case.

    Hi...................,

If it was written in contract that employer will arrange for return to India then you can claim him.
Generally it is not as a part of contract to arrange for returns to his country.
But if is a part then you need to challenge him in session court.
If contract was prepared in India then you need to sue in India only.

    Thanks
