    HR taking undue advantage if her designation

    Being an HR itís the duty of a candidate working to that profile to safeguard the rights of employees. But in my company our HR is so rude that she donít even talk nicely when something related to her work comes. Her behaviour is very rude. What can be done?

    in world their are some people having so much atitude about their postion my advice to u is that u should talk to that lady well and behave well to him like a gentleman one day surely she will understand how rude she was so she will start behaving well with other and as well as with u..........

    If she is rude then you need to become that much rude that she cant handle, and for that you need to forget that she is your HR because if you not reply to her in that manner then she will never understand that how is the feeling of being treated like a animal. So you need to become an animal to teach a lesson to her, do not worry about the job abuse her in front of the staff members and she will never forget this, HR work is to make the employees comfortable so that they should not face any problem in the company but here is the different thing going on, rather than making you employees comfortable she is so rude that you dont like her anymore, if she again do such kind of things then directly speak to the general manager regarding the same, he will definitely help you out.

    If you have any problems and if you have approached the HR team for that and your concerns were not listened and the person was very rude that you can talk about this issue with your MANAGER
    He/She can take up this issue with the HR Team head
    HR team is supposed to be non biased and look after the concerns of all the employees
    If someone senior inteferes in this issue it will be sorted

    Do not worry about this because this happens in may companies because people do not have enough knowledge of the life that what are they doing on their position and what should be in real life because money, higher position or job, wellness is nothing in life but most of the people pride on their wealth and position but I do not know why on wealth when there are so many people are there in the world who are better than them in everything even after they do not understand the fact that there is nothing in the world except birth and death well anyways.

    If your HR is not behave good with all of you and wrong advantage of her designation then you should not worry because she is doing same with everyone and when every single employee is worried about her behavior then this is the duty of your management or boss that they manage her in right manner for betterment of the company and work with it's future because if every single employee will have some problems with the major department of the company then this will definitely effect the profit of the company and work that is being completed on time without any doubts or estoppels

    First of all you should write a letter in which you have to mention all those problem that you are facing with HR department and before writing that make everyone ready on that letter then explain your all problems and sign on that letter including everyone and when your boss look in good mood then you should go to them and keep that letter in front of them and take everyone with yourself because you alone will not be enough to face your boos against HR and when your boss read complete letter and ask you for something about HR then you must mention everything in detail and request for help in this situation because this is not fair being with any employee in the company

    Say to your boss that sir I did not commit any mistake in my work and you also know my behavior in the company that I have never misbehaved with anyone so this is the duty of every employee that they respect me in office premises and if I would not respect then why I will give respect to others and because of you sir, I bear everything but I care for the rules and your reputation that is why I do not say anything to anyone and mainly to HR even after being disrespected and I know only you can help me that is why we all came to you so please provide us proper solution so our performance could be consistent and we could work freely in the company

    I am sure that your boss will take right action against HR and will instruct her to not do it again with any employee but if you think that you should talk to HR then this will not be right that is why above mentioned solution is better for you

    Hello,

    People become over confident when they reach higher levels of management.
    You must not worry about it and always be polite to her.
    If she is rude, you must be polite.
    It is her duty to be strict but if she is not able to handle she will become rude.
    So, employees must behave good to her.
    If every one becomes polite to her.
    The automatically her behavior will change.

    And whenever she is in good mood, then you people can explain her that when she gets rude, she is not the same person.
    she should behave good and respectfully to each employee.
