HR promised me to shift the HR department after training but didn't done that

I have joined this company recently. I am in probation and HR has promised me that he will shift to HR department after 2 months of training. Now I am in training department and itís almost 6 months. I have been asking the HR about this. But every time she gives me some worthless reason. I am planning to leave the job. I have to serve 3 month notice period. Do I really need to do the notice period when I am not satisfied with my job?

    Dear friend,

There is no need of working in a company if you are not satisfied with the job and which not accepting the needs of the employer. You can definitly resign from that company but before that you have to make sure that you have not signed any bond with that company.

Hi..first of all you should check whether you have to serve any notice period if you want to leave the job during probationary period itself..So first get some clarity on your company's policies..If you dont have to then no need to do it but if they require you to serve 3 months notice period even when you leave your job during probation then you should certainly follow the rules of company and serve your notice period before resigning..

If you dont follow the regulations then you will be in trouble and maybe required to pay compensation for the same..

And i think you should first go and persuade your HR that she has promised you something and its time she fulfils her promise..

If she doesnt agree still then its better you leave this job as its not good for your future..

    Best of luck..Thanks

    Hi friend,
Sorry you faced this problem. First compell your HR to change your department. She will surely change your. There might be problem like projects not there like that. If she explains to you and it is a good company then wait for some more two months.
If she doesn't replied properly then resign because it will not better for your future. Even though you are in probation you have to serve notice period.
Read thoroughly your companies norms and act accordingly.

    All the best!!

    Hello,

Well you need to talk to your HR and discuss regarding your issues and about your problems.

If they are not shifting you to the HR dept. there must have been some problems.

You should not leave your job.

You should be patient and should wait for the opportunity to come.

and you should be open to all sorts of challenges .

It is advisable to serve the notice period if you need to leave the job.

    Thank you

    Dear Aspirant,

Yes,you have to follow the terms & conditions of the appointment. The employees resign from the service normally in two situations,Firstly, when the employees expects more package in another company & secondly, when the employees are not satisfied in the present company. In either case the employees are bound to follow the terms & conditions of the appointment.Otherwise you will not get the experience certificate & your financial accounts will be kept in pending.I don't think you have been given in writing to be shifted to another section after two months. If you are not in a position to give the notice period, you will have to deposit the money in lieu of that.

So do either of any thing in order to resign from the present job.Otherwise the company may take action against you by publishing the news in the news paper that you are not following the terms & conditions of the appointment. In this case you may fill difficulties in getting the job elsewhere.

    Thanks.

    Ashok

Hr of the company promised to shift you to the hr department soon.ultimately hr did not do that,it is 6 months passed and hr gives you worthless reason about the shifting.now your probation period is going on during this period you are thinking to quit the company or to serve 3 months' notice.

Dear aspirant it is your probation period so you should to continue your service whereever you are posted within the company with sincerely/honestly and actively.after the completion of probation period you can ask your hr re-garding shifting to hr department and to keep her promising.

So i think that will be the right time to serve 3 months notice as hr did not keep her promising satisfactorily.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

It is not worth to work in a company, if you are not satisfied with your job.

Without job satisfaction, you will not be able to stay for long and your growth will only hampered at such a place.

    So, its better to leave.

I think , three months notice is way too much.

So, start looking for a good job and leave this company.

You have already waited for 6 months for them to fulfill waht they committed.

It's not worth to spend more time there.

Firstly you can not leave the company (job) without serving the notice period of three months. It doesn't matter whether you have satisfied by your job or not, you need to follow the rules of the company as you are abide by it. Now regarding the promise by the HR, then she must transfer you as she has promised for it. As you mentioned that every time she is giving you some worthless reason, this time you must ask strictly and it must be the last time. If she denies then approach to top authorities of your company. You can contact them through mail or by dropping a letter and stating your problem, they will definately considers your matter and needful will be done for you.

    Hi friend,

I think you should talk to the Top Level Management in person.
Meet them and tell them about the same.

If they still give the same old reason, then it's better to move on and look for a new job!

If you have it in you, then you'll make it to any job very easily!

    Best of Luck!

Hi.. I think your HR should have certainly fulfilled his promise and should have shifted you to the HR dept as promised by him on a certain time..But maybe due to some internal reasons he couldn't do so..So you should firstly try to ask him the proper reason as to why he didn't shift you the HR dept..Ask him for a proper explanation and also when is he planning to shift you as he promised..

I am sure its his duty to give you satisfactory response and he should certainly do it..But in case he doesnt entertain you its better you change your job and find some job which matches your calibre..

And yes you should certainly serve the notice period as per the company's policy and not skip that as then you be in legal trouble and also asked to pay monetary compensation as per company rules..

So resign but with the proper procedure..Dont act hastily.. Good luck.. THanks

first of all you ought to check whether or not you've got to serve any notice amount if you wish to go away the work throughout conditional amount itself..So 1st get some clarity on your company's policies..If you don't need to then no have to be compelled to roll in the hay however if they need you to serve three months notice amount even once you leave your job throughout probation then you ought to definitely follow the foundations of company and serve your notice amount before resigning..

If you do not follow the rules then you'll be in hassle and perhaps needed to pay compensation for identical..

and that i suppose you ought to 1st go and persuade your hour that she has secure you one thing and its time she fulfills her promise..

If she does not agree still then its higher you permit this job as its not sensible for your future..

Yes,you have to follow the terms & conditions of the appointment. The employees resign from the service commonly in 2 things,Firstly, when the workers expects additional package in another company & second, when the workers don't seem to be happy within the gift company. In either case the workers square measure absolute to follow the terms & conditions of the appointment.Otherwise you'll not get the expertise certificate & your monetary accounts are unbroken in unfinished.I don't suppose you've got been given in writing to be shifted to a different section when 2 months. If you're not in a very position to administer the notice amount, you will need to deposit the money in stead of that.

thus do either of any factor so as to resign from this job.Otherwise the corporate could take action against you by commercial enterprise the news within the news paper that you just don't seem to be following the terms & conditions of the appointment. In this case you will fill difficulties in obtaining the work elsewhere.
