    HR department demands for proof for medical bills

    Recently, I had a failed IVF and the medical bills of the medicine were submitted in the medical reimbursement counter in the office. The HR department is asking for the proof of the authenticity of the medical bills. Should I converse with other senior officials?

    hello dear
    You are at some problem stage but dont worry.
    you should ask the personal who is asking to submitting a proofs of medical bill that which proof he/she will accept to verify the same documents.
    If he /she asking to submit a special report then don't worry.
    you should goto your doctor and tell him all matters.
    You should ask to doctor to complete a proforma which will show all information related
    medical test
    checkups
    medicine bills etc.
    after this submit it to the person who was asking to do it.
    I think you will get definitely reimbursement for medical bill.

    -that is not a problem you should submit that

    -yes they demand for the proofs of the medical bills

    -every company has their own rules and regulations

    -they can't give you special offers and consider you as special

    -all are equal before the law i.e in the organization

    Yes you should go to the hr manager and report the matter directly no mediator are required for dealing in this problem.. Go to the hr department manager produce your reports and provide your hospital phone number and show the reports that's it... Its totally rubbish and ridiculous that you need to find and show that the bills are authorized or not... If they don't then go to senior official and report i hope your problem is solved.. Its the duty of hr department that they see through the authenticity of its medical bills..
