    HR department is creating fuss in issuing casual leave for treatment

    My colleague is diagnosed with tuberculosis infection. He has applied for casual leave for treatment but HR department is creating a fuss. He do not wish to get the news leaked in the office due to social pressures. Please share a solution.

    Hi buddy

    I can definitely understand your colleague's position and also his stance to keep this piece of information secretive so that it is known to the least number of people. Your HR department should act more responsibly and maturely and should not create any fuss regarding this issue. They should definitely try and understand your collleague's problem and not take undue advantage of his weakness to not disclose the same.

    Your colleague must again speak to the HR dept or still better speak to the higher authorities regarding this. He should tell them that he has been diagnosed with tuberculosis infection and thus request them not to disclose this to anyone. He wanted to get his leaves sanctioned for treatment but the HR department is creating a fuss of it and so he was forced to come to them for a solution. He really hopes they will help him out and get his leaves sanctioned.

    I am sure the higher authorities will definitely help your colleague and then he will have nothing to worry about. I hope he gets well soon. God Bless

    Dear friend

    Normally Employees on permanent rolls of the company are eligible to avail leave as per policy.If your colleague is having good relations with your boss, it is better to meet him in person and request him for leave.As it is required for an urgent medical treatment purpose, no need to hide and the matter may bring to your boss's kind notice clearly and convince him personally not to expose even in the office. Hope he could certainly understand the situation and help him on humanitarian grounds and if necessary he will also speak to the HR department for necessary approval.Strengthen your colleague and ask him to not worry and everything will be went on fine.     If they are creating fuss then you need to jot down and letter to the hr that if anything went wrong with your health then company are chargeable for a similar and at the moment take the signature from the hr manager and keep the first copy with you and soft copy with the manager , first thing once oral communication this hr can find the thanks to get out from this example so} he will not find any manner either he have to be compelled to register the letter or he have to be compelled to offer you the leave so he will not take the responsibility for your health but he will certainly give you the leave .
    After that you can visit the hospital and treat yourself over there, because health is wealth you should not underestimate your health because it's a awfully sensitive that if one thing gone wrong then {you can|you'll|you may} be in bother and owing to that may folks will suffer like your family and your relatives.
    So continuously be serious in these conditions because hr will not lookout for your health.
    If he not offer you leave then give that letter to the members of the family that if one thing went wrong then file associate case against the hr for a similar as this is the letter for the proof.

    Ok no problem that if your colleague does not wants to share or explain this thing in the office to any person including HR officers but you also know that until you will mention the actual cause of your leave then how can you get approval for leave so to get your leave approved you will have to suggest your friend that he write a application letter on leave and mention that he has a serious problem (Short Name of Disease) and request them to provide him leave as soon as possible otherwise his health may get effected badly because of that disease and may be that this sickness gets uncontrolled that is why you should make to understand your friend first that dear if you will share your problem with some trusted people then you will have no pressure at all because everyone is not the same and as I know so HR Officers will know about it and if you will request them so they will not mention this anywhere in the office or outside of the office so sharing is the first choice to get leave

    Also make him believe that if you will share then it would be easy to get treated over this sickness because you will get suggestions and advice for new and expert doctors who will help you a lot in curing this problem that is why there should not be any shy in mentioning your problem and do not ever think that you will get social pressure after this because keep it limited and do not tell to everyone about this and be confident that you will get the leave and get rid of this problem because sickness comes because that has to leave one day that is why follow the doctor and get treated according to the instructions

    You may also go with your friend but better way for approval of leaves is that he write a letter and mention entire problem and request from the higher authorities so they will definitely give sometime to get recovered soon and come back on the previous performance and you are the fried so you should keep motivating him at this stage because he need your assistance at every corner of life and do not leave him until he gets cured
