    HR departmentís irrelevant policies about religions

    Our HR manager has made comments about religion hurting co-workers sentiments. Prior to every annual general meeting, our HR department organises an open sessions. In the latest session, the HR manager discussed down upon certain religion and ethnic groups. I feel that an action should be taken against such liberty. Is there any way out to handle this issue?

    Your HR certainly doesn't have the right to comment negatively about other religions and their practices and to show them down in this way. He has no right and liberty to hurt other's sentiments in this way and should be responsible enough to realise this. You should definitely do something in this regard to teach him a lesson that he will never forget. He should not take undue advantage of you in this way. You should go to the higher authorities and complain against your HR manager.

    Tell them that just prior to the annual general meeting,in an open session, your HR manager discussed down upon certain religions abd certain ethnic groups. He has hurt the religious sentiments of the co-workers. This is totally unfair and he has no right to do so. you want them to look into this matter and take strict action in this regard. Otherwise this can lead to dissatisfaction and rebellion which will not be good for the company's future.

    I am sure that your higher authorities will look into this matter and thus will preserve the company's reputation. Good luck and Thanks
