    HR is asking money to add up allowance in basic components of salary

    Usually the Salary components should consists of Basic salary, incentives, Bonus, child education allowance, House rent allowance, Lunch allowance(employees working in shifts), Gift vouchers etc., in my company all most of the said allowance is not been provided. If we ask the concerned department, they are asking us to pay some amount so that the basic component will be added in the salary slip. However all the other allowance are eaten by the HR and Team and we are left behind with less pay.

    Dear Guest,

    * As per law of our country any type of bribery is punishable.

    * You can complaint of this to your Chairman and Chief Manager.

    * Allowances are the rights of the employee and no can demand bribery for this.

    Dear Aspirant,

    I advise you to refer your offer & appointment letter to confirm whether you are getting less pay than offered by the company before joining the company.

    Also verify with the salary of other employees & colleagues that whether it is a common problem or your personal.If It is common,then prepare a joint representative & hand over it to the chairman/CEO/MD of the company.If it is your personal problem,proceed alone.

    If you don't get your problem solved,you can send a pleader notice to the manager HR & chairman/CEO/M.D of the company.

    Dear hr is asking money from his fellow employees is really a very shameful event.these practices in pvt companies must be stopped by taking firm action on behalf of the fellow employees.h.r. Is out of respect is it right path to earn taking one kind of bribe from fellow employee?

    All sufferers must raise agitation with valid proofs against dishonest hr.you are engineers so take audio and picture proof about the dishonesty of hr and lodge complaint against hr to nearest police station beside doing complaining toward higher authoirities.

    Dear friend you never pay extra money to gear up your salaries because it is odd practice following many down rated pvt companies.there is a talk 'do or die'you must break the illegal usage and demand of hush money.

    You collect audio/visual prove of mal practices done by h.r. Then do complain to police station as well as toward higher authority to get justice.
