    How to write a mail for asking job in a Entertainment company? What are the doís and dontís I should carry out while framing the mail?

    I am planning to apply for a job in a Entertainment based company so I need to write a mail which will make it more presenting and lively. Can you tell me how to write a proper mail asking for the job? What are the doís and dontís I should carry out while framing the mail?

    For writing a job e-mail you need of have a lot of confidents in you. While writing a job main to a company directly there are several things to be looked into if you really want to produce some results. When a write a job application e-mail your language should be a professional one rather than old fashioned style.

    Following are the things you should keep in mind while sending a job asking e-mail

    1. While sending a email the letters should be in a business format , such as starting from the letters such as Dear Sir or Dear (Name of the person) and use a standard fond such a New Times roman with a good colour and size. Then only your e-mail will look attractive and notable.

    2. In your e-mail there should be three paragraph. First one is about what job you are seekng and then the things which you are going to high light such as your skills and experience and lastly you say how you are fit for the job.

    3. In your e-main you should use decent language with no grammar mistakes. Make it a habit that after you send the mail you should see that there is no spelling mistakes.

    4. In your mail you should write only informative and important informationís only. It should be brief since most of the employer does not get time to read the mail properly. You should high light your skills briefly.

    5. Always send the main by saying some words such as thank you for giving me an opportunity or thank you so much for the time or best regards or sincerely etc

    6. After drafting the main should one again regard the mail at least for 2 times and it helps to clear all the grammar and spelling mistakes.

    7. You should keep a good subject line and your subject lineshould be attractive in such a way that by reading your subject line each and every some know what you are going to mention in the body part.

    8. You should also attach your resume so that the employer knows whom you are what is your potentials
