    How to work on payroll format?

    I run a placement consultancy and want to work on payroll format but donít know anything about it like how much commission i should charge etc. Also tell me rules for the same?

    Payroll format is created in Excel sheet or spread sheet in M.S. office in computer created Excel sheet name of them Payroll format contains employee name , designation, Basic, and deductions of PF, ESI, PT, VAT, WCT, IT and other taxes but your placement consultancy contains format is name of the candidate , date of birth, Address , qualification , field of interest in job

    Every business man make payroll for his employees for manage a regular schedule.
    There are so many software available on which you have make a payroll on that software.
    There are some important thinks which you have known on that time :
    1. your payroll should be in proper manner or proper format.
    2. all detail should be full fill and true.
    3. Payroll should be in excel sheet only.
