    How to stop the employees from leaving the organization within one year of their joining?

    I am working as a Team leader in a small local BPO company. There are some 500 employees working in our organization. Now dayís lots of employees are leaving the job and going and that too within 6 -8 months. This is also effecting our production. Can anybody tell me how to stop the employees from leaving the organization within one year of their joining?

    Dear, asker a good organistation has undertand the employee. It is the time when the organisation have to adapt the genuine idea. It has to uderstand the reason why the employees are leaving the job one by one after having some experience of the organisation . The company have to come forward and have to provide solution to the employee, it can also rise employee salary and compensation to reduce the employee migration and some other effective step as think fit by the company for the employees.

    Hi. I can surely understand your situation. The employees are taking undue advantage and wasting your time and effort for recruitment and also your resources.

    I think these are the people who are looking for a temporary or part time job and thus joining your company and leaving the job very early.

    I think you should try to make them sign one year bond before they join.This will prevent them to leave before one year.

    Also you can provide incentives to the employees like bonuses or increase in salary.

    Good and comfortable work environment and stress free schedule will encourage them to stay for a longer period.

    hello sirthis is depend on your company's work policyselary systememployees powerruleleavesetc.i think your company is not upto lavel the company regulations asyou should give selary of employees at time.you should set a working hours limit.you should be provid a bonanza or bonus at festive or touching the milestone.a manager or hr should be cooprate with employees and should be create a possitive environment.i hope it ll help.thankyou

I recommend you to please go through employees mind by conducting gathering for all the employees and know the problem that the employees are facing.     As there is a boom in BPO industry always there are opportunities in market so once employee gets better hike or opportunities will certainly leave organisation.
    Probably you need to focus on key team members whom you do not want to loose and that can affect your production by providing them better hike (salary revision) bonus/remuneration and overtime for extra hours. Try to make the work environment better (flexible timing), try to motivate team members through team building activities,sports etc. Once you are able to motivate your members they will be better performer and if you align them with better career opportunities inside your organisation they will certainly not look outside market in short time.

    Hi aspirant

    This is a very big problem for you and your company as your production is going lower and this can damage the future prospects of your company. Prevention is certainly better than cure. So you should not let the employees leave like this . They should be properly tackled and also given some incentives to stay in the company. The various things you can do are:
    1) Make them sign a bond of atleast 1 year.
    2) Give them some additional perks or bonus of some kind.
    3) Try to make the work atmosphere good so that it doesnt get monotonous.
    4) Try to give them some additional holidays than the usual.
